Requirements for Employment:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- 1-2 Years of pediatric experience
- Current/Valid RN/LVN License
- Current CPR
- Negative TB (skin test or X-ray)
- Criminal background check
- Home care experience a plus
Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO) – CHC Nurses are able to earn PTO hours that can be used or cashed out for extra pay.
Direct Deposit –Your pay is deposited directly into your account saving time and making your funds available more quickly.
Appreciation Bonus – You can earn an annual appreciation bonus that increase as you total hours worked go up. Bonuses are calculated each anniversary period.
Health Insurance – Medical – There are two different Medical Insurance plans offered through BlueCross BlueShield. Both plans are available to all full time employees.
Dental Insurance –Guardian Dental Insurance
Brown and Company Insurance Services – Through Brown & Company Insurance Services, we offer medical benefits to all full time employees. Products available include Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Accident, Medical Bridge, Cancer, Critical Illness, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance.
