Children’s Home Care is dedicated to providing high quality pediatric home care to your child.  We offer pediatric services for your medically fragile child designed for infants, children and adolescents up to age 21.  CHC nurses are specially trained in the unique needs of your child.

Services We Provide:

• Private Duty Nursing
• Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
• Medical Social Worker

We will provide family-centered, consistent, quality, coordinated care.  Our nurses and staff expect parental involvement in the care and in the establishment of the Plan of Care.  Parents will always be the primary caregivers even though they are receiving home health care support.

Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  After hours and on weekends an answering service will answer your call and then contact the On-Call staff member for appropriate follow-up.
