In addition to Nursing services, Children's Home Care provides therapy services to our patients.

Because our Therapy department is growing rapidly, we are always in need of additional therapists for:

• Physical Therapy Visits
• Occupational Therapy Visits
• Speech and Language Pathology Visits

We require the following items when hiring a therapist:

1.)    Therapist License

2.)    CPR Card

3.)    TB Test/results

4.)    Drivers License

5.)    Resume with References

6.)    Social Security

7.)    Insurance- (see below)

(1)   Professional liability insurance covering itself and/or employees for the professional services to be rendered under this Agreement in the minimum amount of five-hundred-thousand ($500,000) dollars per occurrence and one million ($1,000,000) dollars annual aggregate.

(2)   Comprehensive general liability insurance covering itself and/or employees against property damage, bodily injury or death in a minimum amount of one-hundred-thousand ($100,000) dollars per occurrence and five-hundred-thousand ($500,000) dollars annual aggregate.

Our Therapists work under contract and are paid on a per visit basis.
